1) Peanut allergy

While a peanut allergy isn’t life-threatening, it can be harmful. If you have a peanut allergy, your immune system reacts to proteins in peanuts by creating antibodies called Immunoglobulin E (IgE). These IgE antibodies cause your body to release histamine and other chemicals that cause symptoms like itching, hives, rashes, swelling of your mouth or throat, coughing, or wheezing.

2) Dairy allergy

A dairy allergy is an immune response to one or more proteins found in cow’s milk. Dairy proteins are found in a wide variety of foods, including butter, cheese, ice cream, and baked goods. If you have a dairy allergy, eating these foods could result in discomforts like hives or swelling. Additionally, some people experience difficulty breathing after ingesting dairy products.

3) Shellfish allergy

Severe reactions to shellfish aren’t common, but they can be harmful if not treated immediately. The symptoms of a shellfish allergy may look similar to those of other food allergies, including abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting.
